Beautiful house close to the sea in a very quiet environment. This house has charm, we try to take care of it and renovate it little by little, but it does not claim to compete with a luxury hotel or a brand new residence. It will be a pleasant pied-à-terre for you, perfectly located less than two minutes, watch in hand, from the beach, 5 minutes by car from a large Intermarché, and 15-20 minutes from Le Croisic, Le Pouliguen or La Baule. Tennis and petanque courts! The space This house near the seaside will allow you to enjoy the beach of La Govelle in less than a 2-minute walk, to go surfing, make sand castles or simply swim. You can also enjoy the charm of Batz-sur-Mer and its old church, Le Croisic, its fishing port and its auction, Pouliguen and its promenade along the port and its Niniches, or Guérande and its fortress and salt. All within a 15-20 minute drive. Close to the house is a large Intermarché and all the local shops in Batz or Pouliguen. The house also has an access key to common tennis courts in the subdivision.
