Perfect view to Constitution Sq The space This comfortable and homelike apartment boasts of the best location possible, right on Constitution Square of Kharkov in a historical building with large modern windows. You will wake up every morning to amazing views of busy life of the central square as well as eternal sights of main historical attractions, to name a few, the newly remodeled Museum of History, the “Thermometer” landmark, Nika Goddess Statue, as well as Fiddler on the Roof (this you can see from your balcony in the bedroom). All the main attractions, galleries, monasteries and churches are downstairs, as well as wide array of restaurants and cafes. Yet the apartment is very quiet, and you can have a relaxed evening or night after enjoyable and busy Kharkov life. The apartment is professionally designed and well maintained and has everything a demanding traveler may require; it is well lighted with huge windows for daylight and many light fixtures for evening bliss; a flat screen TV with international channels, open area kitchen with dining area, gas stove, air extractor, microwave, electric kettle, fridge, washing machine, all necessary plate ware and kitchenware for short and extended stays. Basic essentials are provided, e.g. sugar, salt, tea, napkins, if you need anything special, let us know before your arrival! Living room has a convertible sofa sleeper where two can sleep comfortably, DVD with home theater and stereo system for surround sound, bar table to put your laptop on. The separate bedroom has glass door to the balcony from which you can see the famous statue of Fiddler on the Roof and numerous cafes downstairs, the room has comfortable queen bed with orthopedic mattress, pillows and fresh linens, large mirror wardrobe and bed tables. Large bathroom has both walk-in shower and a Jakuzzi jet bath tub which is kept in immaculate condition and is sanitized after every stay, warm floors, lots of lights and professional design as well. There is autonomous water heater for the entire apartment so you never experience shortages with hot water. There are two air conditioners, one in the living room, second in the bedroom, and high speed wi-fi internet access. Again, we believe that the most unique feature for this apartment is its location and amazing views from the huge windows, give or take it is an early morning watching busy people running at Constitution Square, or watching weekend’s shows and concerts at the pedestal of Nika goddess statue, or just relaxed watching romantic couples strolling the square in the evenings or at night, beware as you can end up watching Kharkov city life from your windows endlessly! And more to that, you can step down and have easy access to metro station, all the main sights, attractions, famous streets of Sumskaya, Pushkinskaya, Moskovskiy Avenue, Rosy Luxemburg Square, Blagoveshenskiy spusk, check out souvenirs, art galleries, have a dine at numerous restaurants, cafes, fast foods, you name it. The apartment is on the 4th floor of historical building and there is no elevator; the building is secure with key entrance first through the gate and then to the entrance itself. The inner yard has a guarded parking so you can park your car if needed. Guest access Guests have private access to the whole apartment, there are no shared spaces. NO SMOKING! For smokers our apartment has balcony! Other things to note Please note that the gate to the Constitution Square is closed at midnight by the guard and if you intend to come to the apartment after midnight, just walk around to the yard entrance from the Cathedral, opposite side of the building.
