It’s a few minutes drive to Lucas shopping centre, 10-minute drive to the CBD and 20 minutes to Sovereign Hill. For safety reasons, the gas fireplace is not available but has 3 reverse cycle aircon. The space Plenty of open space and full use of this self-contained house. It is one of 2 houses on 10acres and the fencing is purpose built for your privacy. The 2 houses are separated by an atrium, therefore there are no common walls. We hope you will enjoy our calm and peaceful haven. There is plenty of off-street parking for cars, vans and even trailers if needed. The house sleeps 4 people with a queen bed in the master bedroom and two singles in the other bedroom. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, body wash, hand wash and quality towels. The spacious kitchen has all the basics for cooking, we even supply oil, salt and pepper. If you feel like a hot drink on arrival you will also find tea, coffee, sugar and fresh milk. There may be sheep and/or alpacas in the paddock from time to time but the house is fully fenced. Guests have their own self-contained house with self check-in and are welcome to access any part of the acreage surrounding the house, but remember to shut gates as there are livestock from time to time.
