In summer, a playground, water play area, sandbox, lawn and barbecue await you. In winter, enjoy winter hiking, sledding, snowshoeing, tubing and pure nature. The Katschberg ski area can be reached in just 30 minutes with the free daily ski bus. The space The house offers two separate floors, each with a spacious apartment. Each unit (up to 5 persons) consists of two rooms, shower with WC, storage room, and a living kitchen with dining area, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi. The two rooms are furnished with double beds plus an extra or baby bed. The kitchen area is equipped with electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, various appliances, and a large fridge with freezer. The lower unit has a tiled stove in the living room that can heat the entire apartment, while the upper unit features a balcony. The Gasserhütte has electric heating as well as baby and toddler equipment. A sauna, washing machine with dryer, and ski boot dryer are available in the basement for both units. The sauna area also includes a shower and relaxation room. Dish towels, hand and sauna towels, and bed linen are provided. Firewood is available free of charge. The Gasserhütte is ideal for families or groups of friends and can be rented year-round. Apartments can be booked individually or together. Guest access The staircase or entrance area is used by both floors. The storage room in the basement and the sauna also includes both residential units. However, both apartments are separated from each other in the house and can also be locked. Other things to note At the final settlement, a cleaning fee (€ 60,-), electricity, and local tax will be charged separately in cash on site. Dogs are charged at €10 per pet and night.
