Studio next to beach, airport & city

Studio apartment with own entrance in villa next to Amager Strand beach park. Located a 5-minute metro ride from the airport and 8 minutes from the heart of Copenhagen. The location is the perfect spot for exploring Copenhagen if you don't want to live in the busy city centre. We are a private home - not a business! Due to the tax legislation in Denmark we are required to register as a business. The space The studio apartment has a new bathroom and a new tea kitchen with a refrigerator and a portable electric stove. It is small but comfortable. The studio apartment is part of a villa from 1932 situated in a very popular location in Copenhagen. The villa is located in Amager Strand beach park 250 meters from "Amager Strand" metro station. Parking is available in the street with a guest license. We live in the villa and our children are being home schooled. We do our best to keep quiet (especially in the morning) but you will be able to hear us. If you are a light sleeper or like to sleep in late, the studio may not work for you. Other things to note We have installed a fairly well-equipped tea kitchen as we want to provide our guests with the option of having breakfast or cooking a small meal. This will only work as long as we can depend on you to leave the kitchen clean and tidy for the next guests to arrive. It needs to be left in the same condition as it was found on arrival! Please note that the place is for self-catering. We supply some of the basics but if you need more, you need to buy this yourself. We are a pet-free house and we frequently host guests with allergy. No matter how cute and well-behaved, you cannot bring your dog. Parking in our street requires a guest license. It may take up to 2 days to get the license so please supply the license plate number in advance. (There will be several reminders of this). The number will be registered online so you don't need a physical license. It will be valid from the day of arrival and end on the day of departure.
