Scandinavian Apartment and Amazing Views

This open plan apartment has its own entrance via an exterior staircase, and a balcony offering amazing views. It has a fully equipped kitchen space. It features two single beds, which can be separated or gathered to make a super king size bed; and as well a sofa bed (for two). Only 4 km away from Muizenberg beach, in a very safe area, and centrally located for a visit of Cape Town : the City Center being 24 km North and Cape of Good Hope 29 km South, and the wine routes of Constantia nearby. The space We personnally recently renovated this apartment and decided to give it a scandinavian touch for simplicity, functionnality and aesthetic. The house is in Lakeside, a leafy green and peaceful residential area, on the mountain slope. Our location is very central to access all the points of interest in Cape Town, whilst being in a residential area, you can relax from the hustle and bustle of the city after a day sightseeing. Our brick house is north facing with gorgeous views of the back of Table Mountain and the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town stretching to Muizenberg. Lakeside is very green with lots of trees, and indigenous plants, and there is abundant birdlife, visiting owls, many squirrels, and guinea fowls ! Guest access Visitors are welcome to use the shared area outside. We have a braai that guests can use. The private balcony offers stunning views of the Steenberg valley and Table Mountain in the distance. Other things to note We have a very friendly husky dog named Oyster who loves people, that you can meet if you visit the garden. Obviously as we live in a residential area, we therefore kindly ask our guests to respect our neighbours need for peace and quiet.
