the ART room

The Art Room is a small double with a big cosy bed, large window, desk & chair, clothes rail & two drawers for clothes. The bathroom, kitchen, lounge and patio are shared. Message me about your dates, if availability not showing. For the nights I am away, I charge just a few pounds more, but you'll have the whole place to yourself. Just a stones throw from the vibrant St George Park,& walking distance to cafes, bakeries and pubs. 2 miles from city centre with bus stop 1 minute walk away The space Housed in a converted WW2 boot factory (orig. 1880), the apartment boasts a bright airy entrance hall with bedrooms and loo. A staircase leads down to the open plan kitchen and lounge, with a small patio. The lounge, kitchen & bathroom are shared spaces. Guest access Guests can use the kitchen and lounge, and are welcome to relax on the sofa and watch films and tv on the projector. I really want my guests to feel at home and enjoy the space. During your stay I will be at the flat during your stay. I work 3 days a week in the office and two from home. I'm out and about most weekends, so you will have some solo time at the property. Happy to share a tea and chat with guests and interact based on their preference. Other things to note I wake up early on weekdays so ask that guests are quiet on weeknights after 10pm.
