The Treehouse at Camellia Grove - Winter Haven

Situated just 2 miles from grocery & fast food, 5 miles from LEGOLAND*Florida and a direct shot on the Polk Parkway to Sun N Fun, and Orlando theme parks, this Victorian second-floor loft is located on the outskirts of beautiful Winter Haven, City of 100 lakes. The view from the property is spectacular, looking through the large stained glass great room window, or stepping out onto the wrap-around porch, offering a glimpse of the surrounding lemon groves and Eagle Lake to the west. The space Guests are invited to explore our 35 acres of organic lemon grove, wander around the lakefront, or explore the greenhouse and gardens. We have a vegetable garden in season, and guests can pick their own vegetables or pick lemons in season. A picnic table on the lakefront offers an inviting evening glimpse of the lake and waterfowl at sunset. Guest access Our property has a 1/4 mile private drive with gated entrance at the highway. An access code will be provided to guests for access onto the property. The treehouse has a private entrance of its own off the private driveway. Guests can park close by and have privacy to come and go at their leisure. Lakeside pool is available daily except for weekends when permission is required. Schedule pool use for privacy. An outside hot shower nestled in the landscape off the pool is a favorite. Guests visiting for extended periods are welcome to grow flowers and vegetables in the garden area adjoining the treehouse. A potting bench is available for planting bedding plants and enjoying any gardening. Other things to note Please carry garbage down to the cans below the stairs when you depart. Used towels may be piled on the bathroom floor. Leave bed linens on the bed. Please clean and put away any dishes or pots/pans used during your stay. Pets are allowed and a shady dog run adjoining the Treehouse is ideal for short daytime use. Pets must be accompanied or be crated while staying in the treehouse. We offer pet sitting services during your stay for a fee., when available, to enable guests to visit theme parks and will be away all day. Inquire for availability and pricing.
