Set in a serene setting, the 2700 sqm yard is secluded with no proximate neighbours. Pet friendly. The space The property sleeps 11 people across five bedrooms. Four bedrooms are located upstairs, serviced by a bathroom. There is a large downstairs bedroom which contains four single beds serviced by a small separate adjoining bathroom. There is also another small separate bathroom off the downstairs laundry which is accessible from inside the house. Sheridan linen and towels throughout. Airconditioning in lounge area and 2 bedrooms; fans and heaters in remaining bedrooms. Pet friendly—although no dogs in the beds please! Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to the property during their stay. Other things to note Complimentary NBN high-speed internet available. Pet friendly, although no pets in beds or on furnishings please. Please note that the property is adjacent to a forest and so prior tick treatment is highly recommended to protect pets. This is a beachside property, adjacent to a small state forest. That makes for beautiful nature and views, but also bugs, ants and other coastal insects sometimes. Battling cobwebs is a constant fight, which we frequently lose. This is not city pristine: it is coastal nature. Please understand this about the property should you wish to stay.
