The space Villa with veranda and garden 100 meters from the sea. The house consists of 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two single beds (which can be combined to form a double) and the third bedroom with bunk bed (sleeps 2 on top of the other); all rooms are equipped with wall-mounted cabinets. There are two bathrooms (one large with shower, second service), a living room with a one and a half sofa bed (for any guests) and an equipped kitchen. Outside there is a veranda with dining table, garden, a place for 1/2 cars, a laundry area (two outdoor sinks with a new washing machine), and two covered outdoor showers. The house is located in the Pilone 1 residence a few meters from the sea (email hidden) from the beautiful Ostuni known as "the White City". From June to August, the residence is guarded in the evening hours by Private Vigilanza. The beach near the Residence is free but equipped with a Private Lido (Lido Stella) that is a Bar/Restaurant and from which you can rent (for a fee) lounge chairs and umbrellas. The nearest Supermarket and reachable by (email hidden) from the Residence or alternatively 600 meters walk to the nearby "Camping (email hidden) by car you can reach many clubs of the Ostunese nightlife as well as the tourist towns of Cisternino, Ostuni, Savelletri (within 10 kilometers) Polignano a Mare (40km).
