Our house is located in the Vige Harbour area and is a former "smithy" for the local blacksmith. In 2001 we had a local architect to rebuilt the house to a "Svaneke" House and appears today in a very traditional and relaxing atmosphere. The house is insulated for all year round. The house is a 1 min walk from the small and charming Vige harbour, where you can enjoy a swim from the cliffs or a beautiful sunset. The house is located in a quiet area, but Svaneke centre is only a 3 min walk. The space The house is 190m² and has 2 floors. Ground floor is 110m² and has big open living room w/ functional modern kitchen, dining area and a woodburning stove. You can enter the front patio from the living room. The 42" Smart-TV in the living room is new and connected to the wi-fi. The TV is also connected to a satellite dish and transmits several German channels. You will also find many, many great movies on DVD, that you are welcome to watch. There is a DVD player on the 1st floor. Ground floor also has a bedroom with a king size double bed, a single toilet and a very large bathroom with shower and toilet. Bathrooms have floor heating and modern facilities. The ground floor also has a "washing room" containing a washing machine and a tumble dryer. 1st floor is 80m² and has 3 bedrooms and a TV area with a small sofa. All 1st floor bedrooms have king size double beds, that can be separated to single beds. From all bedrooms you can view the ocean. The house has two private gardens - a big backyard and a small front garden. Please note, that the grass is very brown on the images, due to a very hot summer! The big backyard has a Big trampoline, swing set, sand box for the little ones and a big wooden dining table w/ benches. The sun is here from 10 am to 7 pm. The small front garden has a new dining table with chairs for 8-10 persons. The sun is here from 12 pm to 8 pm (summer nights). There is also a cozy and very sunny patio in front of the house. Here is a wooden dining table for 8 persons. If you have kids: There is a high baby chair, that you are welcome to use. Please take care of this chair. Furthermore, there are also plenty of toys, that your kids are welcome to play with. Other things to note Stove w/ induction, new oven, microwave oven, dishing machine, radio and plenty of books to read.
