Entirely furnished with period furniture, the peculiarity of the house is the presence of an attic on the upper floor with a sofa bed, and a bedroom with two single beds. On the ground floor there are two adjacent double bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen complete with utensils, refrigerator oven and stove, living room with sofa and wood-burning fireplace. Outside there is a large veranda with a six-seater table, barbecue deck chairs, and a shared swimming pool. The space The house is surrounded by countryside and clean air, away from big cities and pollution. It is ideal for those who want a break from the stress of everyday life and for those who love silence. The panoramic view of the countryside and Cortona makes the stay pleasant in every season. The house is surrounded by a large garden ideal for children, has a veranda with a small table, a barbecue shared with another house and a private car park. Inside, on the ground floor, there is a hob with a fridge and oven, equipped with all the utensils for cooking. Next to the kitchen is a living room with a sofa and a wood-burning fireplace. There are also two double bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower, and a storage room. Upstairs in the attic there is a sofa bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom with shower. Guest access The entrance is private and the house is independent. The personal parking space and the pool are shared with the rest of the property. You can move freely within the property while respecting other guests. Other things to note The house is located in Val di Chiana, our wines are famous all over the world. We are surrounded by the countryside and large wineries that often organize tastings. In addition to the food and wine tours, you can visit many cities of art and, given our favorable location, the trip to reach them is quite short.
