The space Our 2-story spacious home sits on a 3,600 sqm property that overlooks a spectacular view of the mountains on one side and the vast ocean on another with the view of a Beach Resort below. The house is inspired by Greek homes that look "rustic" and well lived-in. It comfortably fits 16+ people. It is a very personal home so we hope our guests will care for our belongings as their own. All you need to do is lay back and simply relax in our little paradise. Guest access The suite on the 2nd floor has a balcony that overlooks the spectacular views as shown on the photo from higher ground. From the terrace and pool area, the view is just as breath-taking. The deck gives you a closer look and feel of the beach below and gets breezy at night. The cooler months from November to February require jackets/shawls for the evening. Other things to note There is a nearby wet market for your seafood, meats and vegetables. You can use the kitchen to cook your food. Or we can arrange for you to hire a tandem/trio of cook & asst/dishwasher for a fee (depending on your headcount). Advance notice is required to check on availability. They work 10 hours a day straight (eg. from 7am-5pm upto 8am-6pm) + food will be provided by the guests. Please add P100/hr per staff past 10 hours of service upto 9pm only, with their consent to extend if they are able (eg. 6am-6:15pm, 15-50 mins extension requires the full P100 fee). We are eco-friendly so please conserve water and electricity and GO GREEN! Please avoid bringing plastic, foil and styrofoam. Guests are responsible to bring their own food, drinks and personal toiletries. Beddings, a bath towel per person and a foot towel per bathroom will be provided for each full paying guest in the main house — per stay —upto 20 pax only. We have staff quarters for those bringing drivers & helpers at Php 350.00/head per night above 16 pax. Beddings included. Php 1,250/head for guests in the main house. OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES: 1) Use of bonfire is FREE if you provide for everything as wood is scarce now & prohibited. Otherwise, it will incur a fee of *Php 300.00/night due to intensive labor required (sourcing & chopping of the wood, preparing the fire, making the long bbq sticks from bamboo for roasting s'mores, hotdogs etc). Included are some long bamboo sticks. (Note: short bbq sticks that are readily available in groceries are not practical since it will be too near the fire & can get too hot). Bonfire should start no later than 8pm if we are preparing for you. *depends on availability 2) For those who want access to the resort below us, we can help arrange w/ the club. Consumable fees apply (to be used in their restaurant) as we are a separate entity from the club.
