The couch covers are also regularly washed and swapped out. The unit is professionally cleaned after each guest. Comes with a quiet, highly efficient Mitsubishi air conditioner/heater combo. You control the temperature in your unit year-round. Hardwood flooring throughout. Other things to note We are looking for guests who: Do not smoke! Do not use recreational drugs!
