Whole private house in Gorleston

This listing is for private usage of the whole house. Just 1 mile from the beach and a 10 minute drive from Great Yarmouth. Although this is my home, I don’t currently live. With that in mind please be aware that the rooms do have some of my things in eg clothes in the wardrobe (although there is still plenty of space for your own items) The house includes a lounge with dining room and a separate kitchen where you can use all the facilities including fridge, freezer, microwave & oven. The space The house is a new build property and comes with allocated parking in a private carpark at the rear of the property that you will have access to. You will have full usage of the house including the kitchen and lounge/dining room. There is an upstairs bathroom with shower as well as a separate downstairs toilet. There is also a nice little garden at the rear of the property that you will have access to. There is a maximum of five people that can stay in the house at any one time. There are 2 double bedrooms and 1 small bedroom with a small single sofa bed.
