The Red House Mullaway Beach

Our architecturally designed beach house is light filled and breezy. A short walk to your choice of several sheltered beaches . Mullaway is a small village with only one shop . Woolgoolga which has supermarkets, restaurants,cafes clubs and a hotel is 5 minutes drive or a peaceful stroll along the coast. The space Split level house. Upper level kitchen, dining and covered deck. The deck is great for barbeques and outdoor dining with beautiful views of the Solitary islands and the Headland. There is a fully equipped kitchen. A Weber BBQ and two dining areas. There is also unlimited internet access through 2G or 5G Wifi. Sometimes it is slow but generally it is fine. Some phone carriers don't provide a very good mobile phone signal. There is a smart television with access to Netflix a few books and lots of board games. The lower level has 3 bedrooms the bathroom and laundry. One with a double bed another with two single beds and a third which has a trundle bed that can be made into two single beds or joined to make a king size bed. This room can be used as a second lounge room it has a tv and it opens onto the lower deck. There is a washing machine. There is a toilet on both levels. There is a carport that has a table tennis table. Guest access Quests will have access to the whole house. There is parking for one car in the car port and the driveway can accommodate another car. It is also alright to park on the verge outside the house. Other things to note Mullaway is a small town with population around 500 it only has one shop which closes early 6.30pm and earlier in the winter months. It has takeaway food and essential groceries. Woolgoolga a larger town is a 5 minute drive has a Woolworths and if you venture into Woolgoolga it has cafes, restaurants, supermarkets a hotel and a Bowling club and RSL club which all serve food.
