Arnolds of Noorat....Great Ocean Rd & SW Victoria

Situated on picturesque Mt Noorat with sweeping panoramic views and amazing sunsets, this quaint cottage is nestled between the Great Ocean Road and the Grampians. Arnold's is the perfect place for a stop over or why not stay a while and release you inner wanderer, there is plenty to see and do from exploring the local rail trails and extinct volcanoes to experiencing the rugged beauty of the shipwreck coast. After dark, refuel by enjoying a sumptuous meal at one of the nearby historic hotels The space ****IMPORTANT TO NOTE we are approx 45 km's from the start of the Great Ocean rd at Allansford/Warrnambool and approximately 70km's from the 12 Apostles*** Situated on our property, my family of 6 lived in this quaint little cottage for 2 years while we built our new home (next door to the cottage but private and in a yard of its own) Recently renovated Arnold's is a cozy little cottage, perfect for getting away from it all!! There are 2 bedrooms - Bed 1 has one Queen bed and bed 2 has 1 queen bed. There is a small yet well-equipped kitchen with full fridge, electric stove and oven, microwave and coffee machine. There is a separate large dining room and lounge room complete with a split system air conditioner as well as wood fire, comfortable couches, television and DVD's. The property has one bathroom and toilet (located in the bathroom). Sheets and Bath-towels are provided for your stay. We generally have the fire set for you if its chilly so all you need to do is strike a match, with enough wood and kindling provided for your first 24 hours. Guest access All of the cottage is open to guests - please park on the grassed area directly in front of you as you enter the gate. Other things to note Arnold's is a rural property surrounded by dairy farms and therefore cows are our neighbors, they can be noisy at times but they are harmless and just add to the country experience :) A walk up and around the mount Noorat crater is a definite must do
