Wonderful Australian farmhouse on 6 acres In Nicholson East Gippsland. BnB is separate section of the house. Private entrance for guests, all facilities & wifi. Cooked breakfast. There are 3 separate bedrooms priced @$160 per room per night, the full BnB section up to 6 people for $400 per night. Great covered outdoor/BBQ/entertainment & kitchen area & TV, views to Lake King. I'm here 24 hours, and a working artist. Only 3.5 hours from Melbourne. The space All areas are new or newly decorated. The Diana Cooke room has great prints of the artist and funky new bathroom. The lounge has TV, heating & kitchenet with microwave, pod coffee machine, tea, full dinner & cutlery set for guests . On the farm, 3 black steers and a flock of African guinea fowl. The outdoor entertainment area can be used for cooking and dining. Guest access All spaces except my private area. During your stay I live on the property with, head of security, my little old dog and all my farm animals. I ran an award winning BnB in Cairns so I enjoy people and am happy to look after all your needs during your stay. As a home based artist I am always happy for a chat and onlookers, and sell my works.
