Converted outbuilding with double bed, kitchen, en-suite. Our property is in a quiet residential area on the rural outskirts of Wrexham. We are around 15 minutes from Chester and 40 minutes from Snowdonia National Park. There are 3 great nature reserves within 5 minutes and Wrexham Football Club is 4 miles. Plenty of local pubs serving fantastic food in local villages. The comfortable sofa bed will be made up ready for your arrival. We welcome well behaved dogs, (we have a black Labrador) The space Detached outbuilding converted into self contained living space. Guest access Free secure parking in our gated yard. EV Charging is available subject to additional costs. Other things to note We have 2 young daughters (aged 8 and 11) They’ll probably be playing in the garden during weekends and school holidays, along with our friendly Labrador. Access to our EV charger is available by prior arrangement. Dogs: Well behaved dogs are welcome however the garden is not fully secure . Dogs must not go on the sofa or bed under any circumstances.
