Cozy rural villa for 12 people with a large garden

Traditional stone architecture with a large patio and garden in a setting that exudes tranquility. Ideal to disconnect and discover a form of tourism that escapes the crowds. Enjoy a local experience at the foot of Mount Ibio with family or in a group. The accommodation is equipped with all the luxury services. Our guests appreciate feeling at home and being less than half an hour from the airport and Cantabria's main tourist resources. The space This is a villa with two buildings. The main house has 3 floors with 6 bedrooms. Downstairs is the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Going up the stairs to the first floor we find 3 bedrooms with double beds. On this floor, each room has its own en-suite bathroom. On the second floor we have 6 separate single beds in 3 bedrooms, plus a living room and a full bathroom. Outside there is a patio, a large garden, a covered parking lot for 2 vehicles and a trampoline. The property has a second house that is not normally rented but we make the ground floor available to our guests when the size of the group requires extra beds (strictly upon request and at an extra charge). It has two sofa beds and two full bathrooms. Free access to the porch of the second house is allowed at all times (regardless of the size of the group). Part of the porch is enclosed with glass and is used as a game room (we currently have a foosball table). The house is fully equipped (kitchenware, coffee maker, garden furniture, etc.). Absolutely nothing is missing to enjoy a well-deserved vacation break. Guest access Guests have the entire property at their disposal except for the second house, which is closed. Other things to note It is an eminently rural environment from where you can choose between beach or mountain, as both options are within a 20-minute drive. And if golf is among your passions, Santa Marina, a course designed by Severiano Ballesteros is also 20 minutes away and we can manage your green fee as a guest.
