As you get the entire apartment, we do our best to stay out of the way and give you your privacy. There might be occasions when we need access to the apartment and we will give you as much notice as possible. On check out please make sure all cups, glasses, plates and cutlery are clean, dry and put back away in the cupboards. The apartment is located in the newly converted 1900's Tramshed Building which also houses a cinema, a bar, and a cafe . Only a few minutes' walk to public transportation to see Cardiff’s art, culture, malls, and parks. Metered and free parking outside the front door! Metered parking is available from 8am - 6pm maximum £8 for 10 hours and less for shorter times. The parking is free overnight. There are some free parking spots available but they go quite quickly. Children should always be supervised as we have a mezzanine level that is open plan and stairs up to the mezzanine level that could be dangerous. Parents must supervise their children We are unable to take responsibility. We are sorry but there is no smoking allowed in the apartment (or leaning out of the window to smoke) under any circumstances. Smoking or more people staying in the apartment than booked could result in forfeiture of your deposit and a fine. We also don't allow photoshoots.
