It includes a complete kitchen, TV, air conditioning (Jun–Sep), heating (Nov–Mar), and stylish contemporary decor. You’ll have access to our outdoor pool with pool bar (in summer), gym and SPA area (the latter two with an extra charge). 👉 Ideal occupancy: up to 4 guests. The space The apartment is part of the Vistasol Apartments complex 🏨, where you’ll enjoy all the comforts of a hotel: 24/7 reception, friendly service, and access to facilities like the pool 🏊‍♀️, spa 💆, and gym 🏋️ (subject to availability and season). Check-in is available anytime after 3:00 pm ⏰. We’ll have everything ready so you can start enjoying from the moment you arrive! ☀️ Guest access During your stay, you’ll have access to the common areas of the complex: outdoor pool with sun terrace and pool bar 🏖️ (open in summer), gym 🏋️, spa area 💆 (extra cost), 24/7 reception 🕘, and garden spaces. Other things to note 🛠 Improvement works (November 2025 – April 2026) During this period, improvement works will be carried out at Apartamentos Vistasol, including the expansion of elevators (with at least one always in operation), as well as maintenance of balconies, façades, and external areas. 🕘 Please note that there may be occasional noise or minor disturbances during these works. These upgrades are designed to enhance your stay, making it more modern, comfortable, and enjoyable.  🌿 ---------------------------------- In spring and autumn, the area is very popular among athletes 🏃‍♂️🚴‍♀️ thanks to the mild weather and its proximity to running tracks, a football field and ideal cycling routes. During the summer, Magaluf becomes a lively destination 🎉, perfect for those seeking beach, fun and social life. Please note that during high season, the area may be busier and a bit noisier. The location is well connected, but parking can be tricky 🚗 — we recommend booking a spot in advance if you’re coming by car. If you’d like to explore the island, don’t hesitate to ask at reception — our team will be happy to help you with excursions, activities or local tips 🌴📍. 💳 A €200 security deposit will be requested at check-in, which will be refunded at the end of the stay if everything is in order. 🧺 Self-cleaning service: Upon arrival, you will receive a bag with clean bed linen and towels.
