Since there is no person around, you can stay without worrying about the virus. -Exclusive use of 16,530 m2 of forest/lawn and 198 m2 of all rural houses (family/group/workshop) -There are no other guests for exclusive use, and only one team stays per day. You can feel the quiet atmosphere of nature with the whole family without disturbing the surroundings. -It is adjacent to Naepo New Town (2km), so you can use various restaurants, large marts, and other convenient facilities and food delivery. -Near Deoksan Hot Spring District (10 minutes by car from Splas Leisure Water Park/Deoksan Hot Spring/Sesaemcheon) -Yesanho Swing Bridge, Sudeoksa, Chunguisa, Anmyeon-do, Namdang Port, Haemi Eupseong The space Exclusive 2-story house 60 pyeong, 4 rooms, 4 toilets, 4 kitchens, 5,000 pyeong of lawn space (not a lodging complex, all spaces are for exclusive use) - Please check the availability and price directly through the Airbnb calendar to see if you can select the dates you want to use. - Please understand that we are unable to provide the location/contact information of the accommodation due to Airbnb's policy before the reservation is confirmed. Please check the approximate location on the Airbnb map. - Maximum occupancy cannot exceed 16 people. (Infants under 24 months are excluded from the number of people) - Pets are never allowed. Guest access You can use the entire space alone. -There is a space for golf pitching and putting practice. (Golf clubs and golf balls are provided individually) -1 large rectangular grill (94x45cm) barbecue equipment (scissors, tongs, torch, butane gas) is provided in the garden in front of the pension and is free to use. You must personally buy charcoal and grill. -There is no separate barbecue area. As shown in the photo, a grill is provided in the garden. Other things to note -This is a self check-in. We'll let you know the door lock number, and the door will be open when you arrive, so you can go in as you are. -If you have booked with the exact number of people entering, we will provide bedding according to the number of people. -There is a water purifier. (No cold water function) - Wi-Fi is available. -There is a projector screen (297x240cm), so if you bring a projector, you can use it for watching movies or meetings. -There are many large and small marts nearby, so you can shop. (Ex: Nobrand, Sapgyo Nonghyup Naepo Agricultural and Fisheries Products Distribution Center) ⚠️⚠️⚠️Precautions when using the pension⚠️⚠️⚠️ -It is located in a forest, not in the sea, so there is a high risk of wildfires and fires. Please refrain from activities using fire, such as campfires or fireworks. The fire department has also issued a ban, so please cooperate. - Pets are not allowed. -Air bounces cannot be installed because the color of the grass turns yellow and is damaged.
