Quercus Robur Villa is an exclusive relais located in Lucignano, in the heart of the charming Tuscan countryside, ideally situated for guests wishing to visit cultural cities such as Cortona, Arezzo, Siena, and even Florence. It is a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Surrounded by nature, fruit trees, and wide-open views, it's a place to slow down, take in the countryside and connect with simple, country life. The space Rustic Elegance in Tuscany We have two comfortable apartments that accommodate up to 4 guests and features 2 cozy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including 1 ensuite and 1 additional bathroom located in the hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a stove, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and American coffee maker. Bedrooms feature luxury linens and air conditioning. Each apartment also has a private furnished patio, with its own charcoal barbecue. A shared laundry room is located downstairs and includes a washing machine, dryer, drying racks, iron, and ironing board. The laundry facilities are shared with the second apartment. We also have 4 bicycles available for our guests to explore the area. Large Infinity Pool Overlooking the Tuscan Landscape The large pool is semi-private, used only by guests of the two apartments and our family. Each apartment has its own dedicated lounge area, with an umbrella, sun loungers and seats. There are also assorted pool toys for the little ones. Total Privacy with Just Two Guest Apartments Your privacy is important to us and there is plenty of space to unwind, surrounded in nature, and feel completely at home in your own corner of the countryside. The Area We are located in a rural area, just 5 minutes by car from a small town that has everything you may need for your stay, including a supermarket, butcher, restaurants and coffee shops, and some of the best gelato you’ve ever had. We are also halfway between Arezzo and Siena (give or take a half hour from each). A little bit further, and you’re in Montepulciano (home to great wine!) or the Val d’Orcia. There are also fantastic outlets about 20 minutes away. Florence is a bit over an hour. Keep in Mind While our family takes great care in maintaining the estate, we don’t live on-site. Your apartment is fully independent and self-catering, giving you all the freedom and privacy you need. Of course, we’re always just a phone call away if you need anything at all – whether it’s a local tip, a restaurant recommendation, or a helping hand. The swimming pool is open from mid-May to early October. Other things to note Electricity is included in the rate. Bed linens and towels are provided and are professionally cleaned by a trusted laundry service.
