Come and settle in our neatly designed apartment located in the centre of La Roche-Chalais and just a dozen minutes from the equestrian centres of Chamadelle! This village boasts a bakery, butcher shop, pizzeria, press point and a renowned restaurant within walking distance. Supermarket is less than1 km away! The vineyards are about ten minutes away, Saint-Emilion is only about 30 minutes away, not to mention the co-workers in Cognac and Bordeaux about an hour away. The space Our large apartment of more than 55m2 located on the 1st floor has been completely renovated in 2021.This accommodation "Zen Scandi" offers you a large lounge with its TV "Curved" in XXL format, near a pleasant office area. The living room then takes you to the fitted kitchen that will satisfy the grass cooks. A spacious bedroom with a queen size bed (1m60*2m), 107cm TV, and a bathroom complete the visit. Guest access The inner courtyard has six private parking spots. If in rare cases these spaces were unavailable, there are also two large parking lots right in front of our building that will allow you to park for free. Other things to note Access to accommodation by stairs is not suitable for people with disabilities.
