The space - 25 m2 apt, 2 floors in the wooden building, year of construction 1880, no lift. - There is a free private parking in the yard (gate width 267 cm, height 3 m). - Pet friendly, not suitable for allergy suffers. - Please notice that this is not a hotel, it is a unique experience in a private home, and as such hotel services are not provided. - This is a private home, 137 years old building, so if you are looking for sleek and modern, you might want to choose elsewhere. - Part of living on a private house is having some knowledge to manage it yourself while you're living there. Other things to note 1) CHECK-IN: after 15:00. 2) CHECK-OUT: by 11.00. The cleaner/host allowed to enter the apartment when the reservation is over, take guest's belongings out and prepare the room for the next guest. 3) SECURITY CAMERA: Please note there is one exterior camera. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, guests, setc and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. 4) This is an 1880s house, with all the charms of an old house: spiders, cobwebs, dust and creaks, no lift/elevator. We can clean the house one day and the next when guests arrive the cobwebs and dust have moved back in, please understand that doesn't mean poor cleaning.
