The space This 2 level fully furnished cottage features, open living space and kitchen with a seating area and a wood-stove -great entertaining space, 2 bedrooms with cathedral ceiling and 2 bathrooms. Bedrooms are located on the upper level. The large master bedroom features 2 Queen Beds, the second bedroom features one Queen Bed. Also, there is a seating sofa in the living space on the main level. High-speed internet wireless throughout the house; flat-screen TV; cable. Large deck around the upper level of the house. Each bedroom with the french door and easy access to the deck. Gas grill and outdoor furniture available. We have fully renovated the cottage in Dec 2021 ( new windows? New floor, new bathrooms, new stairs and railing, hallway, new kitchen with island, new appliances, new heaters etc.NEW open space kitchen and living room. All this for YOU to enjoy our new space and feel comfortable. We provide towels, linens, toiletries, a fully equipped kitchen, and wood for the woodstove. There is no breakfast, food, or housekeeping provided during your stay. Guest access The entire house (1250 sqf.) is yours. You have your own driveway and your own parking space. We do not live at the same house. Other things to note We do not take the security deposit but valid credit cards of all our guests must be presented at the time of booking as security in the event of any damage. We provide towels, linens, toiletries, a fully equipped kitchen, and wood for the woodstove. I would recommend doing any shopping in your place as there are only convenience stores up here (the closest is 3 minutes away on our road). A good supermarket is about 20 minutes away (Hannaford in Cairo,NY) We have about 20 restaurants in the Windham area, the closest is about 1 mile away (Vesuvios).
