If you are after a clean, modern space for your family or group, this flat provides all you need! With a double bedroom, sofa bed, large living/kitchen space and so close to the city centre (25min walk / 6 min drive), you will be sorted for your stay in our vibrant city! The space When you walk into this apartment, the first thing you’ll notice is the large bright living space provided (with plenty of seating!). The kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking equipment you’d need for your stay and being open plan, it’s a very sociable space. The bedroom is a lovely calm double room with a delux pocket sprung mattress, and if there are more than two of you staying, the comfortable sofa bed can sleep two. The bright shower room with walk in shower will have the essential toiletries provided, but you can find out the full list of everything there is in our ‘amenities’ section below. Guest access The apartment is one of three in the building and is located on the first floor up one flight of stairs. You'll have access to the entire flat. Other things to note There is limited free short stay parking on the street outside the flat, or free all-day on street parking on Westville Road and Sandringham Road approx. 5/7 min walk from the apartment.
