For those who needs a comfortable place to chill with LOTS of space, we can give that to you. The space 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms make it a perfect place to stay and relax with your loved ones! The place is quite old but we can assure you maximum comfort for big groups :) Beds can accomodate up to 8 people, floor mattress in the common area for 4 people and 2 comfortable sofas for one person each. Bath towels and basic bath gel provided. All rooms and common area are air conditioned. Living room - A spacious living room with dining tables, sofas and a 42-inch LCD TV with HDMI ports. Basic channels provided for TV via DVB box. There’s a mini library filled with local comics, books and magazines available for reading at the common area. There are also some board games for you to play! Kitchen - Induction cooker and cooking utensils for light cooking. Microwave, rice cooker and hot/cold water dispenser (Coway) also available. Balcony/Patio - We have a huge outdoor balcony to just chill out and have some BBQ with your loved ones. A medium-sized round BBQ pit is provided, you'll just need to bring your own charcoals and tongs for your food :) Guest access Free access to the public swimming pool at Ground level. Self-operated laundry at Ground floor. Other things to note If you’re coming by car, there are 2 private parking spaces available. If you require more, you may ask permission from the guardpost for visitors parking. Strictly no unauthorised parking inside the compound, your vehicles might be clamped for an RM50 fee.
