Guest access In the unit will be a soft cozy queen size bed complete w/ pillows and comforters. Extra set of bedding and towels available. A cabinet/dresser to store valuables. A couch w/ center table and TV has free local channels and movie marathon can be activated per request w/ charge. Kitchen will have stove and sink, drawers and cabinets for storage. Rice cooker and water heater for coffee also available in the kitchen. Food Delivery is allowed in the bldg. Private toilet and bath with water heater, bucket and dipper. Laundry service available within the same building. Water delivery service also available in the bldg. During your stay Available when needed Other things to note WARNING!! PLZ READ!! STRICT IMPLEMENTATION!! Due to previous incidence of lost items like tv remote and violations of rules like SMOKING AND DRINKING INSIDE THE UNIT, owner is implementing a P1500 Security Deposit upon booking for short stay and P5000 for 1 month stay and is refundable if and ONLY IF place has been kept decent and no violations were done. Caretaker will meet you and welcome you. Guest needs to register at the office for security purposes upon checking in. Caretaker will be inspecting the unit before guest leaves and will refund the security deposit of P1500 if there were no incident. Plz make sure to UNPLUG and TURN OFF APPLIANCES everytime you leave the unit to prevent fire and unnecessary use of electricity. Thank you for your cooperation
