The ultimate easy care family beach base, overlooking the gorgeous Onetangi Bay. This modern simple house is north facing and perfect for families. The space Sandcastle on Seventh is the ultimate base for a family beach holiday. With plenty of space for the whole family, huge outdoor decks on both sides, and stunning views, this is the perfect spot to relax after a busy day on the beach! This modern holiday home is the picture of simplicity & style. The property is set over two levels, with a path winding up through the garden & access into both levels. The entire upstairs is taken up with the living, dining & kitchen areas, with both sides opening onto a deck - a huge sunny deck at the front with views across the bay, and a lovely sheltered deck at the back, framed by a nicely landscaped garden. To the side of this deck is also an outdoor toilet, and an outside shower - perfect for hosing off the sand! Downstairs are 3 bedrooms and an alcove area at the end of the hallway that has two single beds, a comfy seat & large Smart TV.  The master bedroom with a queen bed has a new ensuite bathroom and opens onto a deck with lovely views and morning sun. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two single beds.   These bedrooms also open onto the downstairs deck & have lovely views & sun! Wake to the sound of the waves & go for a walk down the length of Onetangi Beach. Sit on the deck & enjoy the views, and the lovely native birds enjoying the trees. There is a bus stop just down the road, which has a good service around the island. Further down the beach are a choice of dining options, and a store. There are also 5 wineries within a few minutes drive, so something for everyone! All bookings incur a one time linen and exit cleaning cost of $300 so you have nothing to do but relax, refresh and enjoy. Other things to note Strictly no parties or functions. No more than 6 additional visitors over & above those staying at the property may visit at any time.
