A one bedroom unit located at 18th floor, Vinia Residences + Versaflats, Brgy. Philam, EDSA, Quezon City. A very accessible location with proximity to a shopping mall and MRT station, and well furnished interior for a good rest when in Metro Manila. Guest access Guest can access the Building Amenities: • Mini Garden (same floor) • Rooftop pool/ Infinity pool (8 am to 8 pm) with a fee (100php per head on weekdays and 150php per head on weekends) • Fitness studio/ Gym with a fee (100php per head on weekdays, 200php on weekends) • Business Centre • Free wi-fi in the lobby • Function Hall/ Meeting Rooms (requires advance booking) • CCTV's and 24/7 Secured facility Other things to note PLEASE BE GUIDED BY THE FOLLOWING: 1) Vinia residences require all guests to be fully vaccinated (children may be exempted) 2) Check-in time is only from 1pm to 5pm. 3) Visitors are strictly not allowed. ******* As much we would love to accommodate you, early check-in and late check-out are NOT guaranteed unless advised and notified by us. Check out is 11 am. Please understand, we have to prepare and clean on time the unit for the next coming guest. Please maintain the cleanliness of the unit as if it's your own. Turn off the aircon and lights every time you go out and make sure that the room is locked. For longer stay, we recommend cleaning the unit every week. Please feel free to call us to make the request (2 days prior). An added service fee of Php600 or US$12 per request/ cleaning service (will be billed & paid upon cleaning). Cleaning services will include changing of linens/ bedsheet & pillowcases, vacuuming of floor, toilet and bathroom cleaning. We require the names of all the guests prior to checking in as these are required by the building admin. Prior to check-in, you will be required to provide a valid ID and make an account to register your stay via the building's online system. The building also requires guests to have their own elevator key access card for a fee of PHP 400.00 Please notify us immediately if there are any damages in the room so we can resolve the issue accordingly. Cancellations will be processed by Airbnb. If you plan to stay long term, the rental amount is negotiable. If you require parking, please inform us and we can arrange a parking slot in the building (300php/night) .
