Then the Hilltop Hideaway is just the right place for you! This Airbnb is situated in the northwest part of the city, with beautiful rural views and provides a base for you to rest your head, as well as explore the wonderful sights of Dunedin and beyond. Airport pickup possible . Price to be negotiated. No pets please The space This Airbnb gives you access to a queen sized room (queen bed), with a TV. Guests will have access to private bathroom with a separate shower. There is also a separate private toilet. Shower morning or night, not both please. No using the bath, this is very expensive. A kitchen is available for making tea and coffee only. Preparing snacks is by negotiation. A continental breakfast is available on request for a small charge and details of this are provided in each room. A seperate lounge is available for guests who do not wish to sit in their room. Guests are also able to sit out on the deck on warm summer evenings and admire the views, without the noise of busy streets. This Airbnb has a very friendly chocolate labrador who seems to get more comments in our guest book than we do :) Guest access Guests will have access to their guest bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, lounge area and outdoor facilities. The kitchen is only available for making hot drinks. A modern laundry with a washing machine and dryer is available at a small cost of $2 for the washing machine and $5 for the dryer. There is a free flow access to a very large north facing deck that sits across the entire front of the house and can be accessed from all living areas. A spa, that can accomodate up to four people, is available from 6-9pm. There is a $10/hour charge to cover the costs of power. This Airbnb is a smoke free zone so guests will not be permitted to smoke either in or outdoors. During your stay While we are happy to socialise with guests, we do want the freedom to also do our own thing and therefore would ask that the main living area is not used by guests. A seperate lounge is available to guests as described above. At times both adults living in the home may be working from 8.00 till 3.30pm. This does mean there may be no one home during these hours on the odd day. Other things to note A continental breakfast will be available on request for $5.00. Details of this are available in each room. The owners have a well trained very affectionate brown labrador who is a house dog. If guests are afraid of dogs the dog can be confined to outdoors but please let us know when you make your booking. Pets are not permitted.
