Woodland and coastal paths, the old marketown of St.Austell, world-famous Eden Project, historic port of Charlestown, medieval Tintagel, plus many beaches, coves and fishing villages which are all here to be explored. Padstow, Truro, Mevagissey, Newquay/Airport are all within 30 mins drive. Bus stop to train/bus station approx. 10mins walk The space You’ll have a great night's sleep in a super comfortable super-king size bed. Light and airy room with double window aspect. The ensuite has a large rain shower, WC, vanity unit with sink. Towels and bed linen are provided. A kettle, mini-fridge, microwave and hairdryer are all in the room. Complimentary tea, coffee, cereals & milk provided for your arrival. Use of kitchenette available by prior arrangement for longer stays. Takeaway/supermarket deliveries operating in the area. Fish & chip shop and local pubs are also close by. Free parking on a private drive, with allocated space. If your desired dates are unavailable then please ask as it may be possible to release them. Also ask if early/late check in/out is available. You may be lucky to see the local wildlife including roe deer, badgers, foxes and squirrels in the gardens. The birds will be singing to you in the mornings… Guest access Guest access is from the side entrance door. This door along with the hallway and stairs are shared spaces and lead you to your private room. The room is accessed along the hall, up a short flight of stairs turning to the right, your room is on the left. The gardens are social shared spaces. During your stay I live and work from home and so normally around and available for help or advice if needed. There is the possibility other guests may be staying at the cottage. Other things to note Smoking is fine in outside areas. Outdoor gas BBQ and wood-fired chimineas are available for use on request. WiFi is good although can be weak in outside areas. Come and go as you please but lock up after yourself. I have a dachshund, Izzy. She isn’t allowed upstairs and shouldn’t affect your stay.
