This is new 4 single bedroom apartment in the heart of Ormskirk historic. There are lots of amenities close by including restaurants, cafe bars and night clubs. The bus and train stations are close and Edge Hill University, Ormskirk Hospital and local amenities on hand. Please note minimum occupancy charge is for 2 people each occupying a separate single room. Bedrooms which are not booked will be locked off. There is a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, TV, linen & towels provided for you. The space The property will be cleaned for each new guest and fresh white Egyptian cotton linens and towels provided. There is a dishwasher, washing machine, iron and board and TV's in the kitchen/living room and each bedroom. Guest access You will get access to the bedrooms which have been booked and all other areas and there will be exclusive use for you and your friends and family. There is a nice pub next door too! During your stay There is a self checkin facility with key lock and the property will be prepared for your arrival. Other things to note Key safe is provided for access at all times, please replace the keys in the safe when you leave.
