Architecture is my passion. To experience space in real life, I sometimes build houses and live in them until new visions take hold of me. The villa is equipped with 50 Mbps high-speed fiber optic cable internet and satellite TV. The advantage of our house, compared to living at the same price in hotel rooms, is a three times larger living area with its own swimming pool with hot water, a tropical garden with a green lawn and barbecue, a fully equipped kitchen, parking for cars next to the front door and the unique song of the birds of the Azores in the morning. The location of the property is central, between the craters of Sete Cidades and Lagoa do Fogo. It's an ideal starting point for hiking, biking, strolls in picturesque villages, surfing on Santa Barbara Beach or golfing on the Batalha golf course. Our house is suitable not only for guests who wish to stay 3 to 4 days, but also for those who wish to live a month or two in complete privacy in nature, but close to public infrastructure. We would like to inform you that we use professional staff with two-level cleaning rooms to clean our villas, including furniture, kitchen, switches and door handles. In the first step, the room is cleaned. In the second step - disinfection cleaning. Only single-use cleaning materials are used during cleaning work.
