Upstairs: 1 bedroom with queen size bed + shower room, 1 bedroom with 140 bed + large desk, 1 bedroom with sofa bed + 90 bed that can be converted (ideal for young children as it can be secured with a wooden barrier), separate toilet, bathroom. Laundry: washing machine, dryer, freezer Outside: large 1500 m2 garden with private parking, spacious wooden terrace, closed shed for storing bicycles and boards, trampoline, swing and various games for children, deckchairs, sun loungers, garden furniture, barbecue, hammock. If necessary, childcare equipment is available: baby bed, changing table, child bath, baby bath seat, high chair, toilet seat reducer, potty, folding stroller.
