Its position is strategic: the sea and the beaches are 100 meters away and in a few minutes on foot you reach the center of Chiavari with its typical "caruggi", its medieval arcades, the nice shops and the train station that allows to quickly reach sought-after destinations such as LE CINQUE TERRE, SANTA MARGHERITA, PORTOFINO, CAMOGLI AND GENOVA ... Well served by public transport (bus), it has several grocery stores, a supermarket, tobacconist, haberdashery, newsagent, restaurants and bars. It is a two-room apartment, with an independent entrance, equipped with a private courtyard which can be used by guests who can have lunch or dinner outside.
