The 99 m2 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a villa, with a separate entrance. There are three private terraces with views of the Mediterranean. The apartment is beautifully decorated and surrounded by a large garden. The bus stop (900 m) and the village center are a 10-15 minute walk away. The beach is 400 m away. The space Our tenants, some of whom stay for several months, appreciate the space and comfort: Separate dining room, two living rooms with sea views, as well as three furnished terraces. The kitchen is very well equipped and there are several closets in both bedrooms. Tunisian art, as well as Norwegian paintings, decorate each room. There are several terraces. We have two cats. Between us and the neighboring house there is only a hedge that separates the gardens. The neighbor also has a cat and a henhouse that the children enjoy. As we are close to the sea, with a large garden, there are mosquitoes in the evening and very early in the morning during certain periods.
