The space The accommodation is a lovely, very bright apartment in a building in the center of Spoleto of about 50 square meters, independent heating and a breathtaking view of the Albornoziana fortress. The apartment has an entrance, a living room with a kitchenette, table, chairs, sofa bed and dishes. A double bedroom with a wardrobe and bedside tables and a bathroom with a bidet sink shower and washing machine. If you arrive by car, there is a convenient parking space right under the apartment for a fee, but I will gladly offer it to you for free with a permit that must be displayed on the windshield of the car and that must be returned at check-out. If you arrive by train, the distance of the apartment is 10 minutes on foot or by public transport By motorbike, you can take advantage of the free parking right outside the house. Guest access The entire home is available for guests to use. Other things to note Well-behaved pets are welcome, but it is strictly forbidden to let them get on the sofa or bed. Please respect the environment. The house will be cleaned before the arrival of the guests according to the anti-covid regulations (For stays longer than a week, cleaning of the apartment can be requested for a fee). At the time of check-in, the guest will be asked for documents for registration with public security and the collection of the accommodation tax of €1.50 per person per day for a maximum of 4 days. Minors up to the age of 14 and persons with disabilities referred to in Article 3 of Law 104/1992 and their companion are exempt.
