The Beach Hut, Parade House. Our luxury 2 bedroom, self contained Duplex, has been recently built and is part of the prestigious Parade House development, in beautiful Woolacombe, Devon. Here you will find luxury self catering accommodation, with a large open plan living space with a private outside dining balcony. You can also enjoy your own enclosed terrace with hot tub and you'll have unrestricted views of Woolacombe Beach, which is just a 30 second walk from Parade House. The space Parade House is a collection of 4 individual luxury beachside holiday lets, within the single most stunning three quarters of an acre, in Woolacombe. Formerly owned by Lady Rosalie Chichester, the house has a new contemporary style with luxury fixtures, fittings and soft furnishings, whilst retaining some charm from it's previous owner. With its contemporary Stephen Graver kitchen, state of the art Sonos system, 55″ Panasonic TV, Sky, wifi, underfloor heating in luxurious bath and shower rooms, your own private balcony and terrace with Hot Tub, you'll have the ultimate space to enjoy your break. The Beach Hut achieves something previously never achieved in Woolacombe – The best views, luxury living and 2 bedrooms (The Master Suite with a king sized bed, dressing room and luxurious bathroom, A twin room with two singles that can be made into a king sized before your arrival, there is also the option of utilising the bed settee in the living room) for everyone to appreciate. We supply luxurious bedding for your stay, each guest will have use of a bath towel, hand towel and a bath robe and beach towel (for guests over the age of 12). There will also be complementary luxurious toiletries, which include body wash, shampoo and conditioner found in your bathrooms, which all have underfloor heating. You will find a couple of tea towels, along with some complimentary dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and bin bags to start your trip off with. There will be some matches, fire starters and logs for you to use when you first arrive too, should you wish to use the log burner. Guests over the age of 12 will have a bath robe and hot tub towel to use for the duration of their stay so be sure to let us know how many you will need when you book. When the sun disappears into the dramatic ocean, the awe–inspiring views allow you to while away endless hours and create memories that will stay with you forever. We can sleep up to 2 extra guests in this property upon request, as there is a sofa bed in the open plan living area. There is a charge of £35 per extra guest. Guest access The Beach Hut has 2 spacious luxurious bedrooms with amazing views. A private balcony and terrace with hot tub (please note this may not reach the recommended temperature on the first day of your booking) outside furniture and gas BBQ. There are up to 2 dedicated car parking spaces in the private car park, (access to the car park is strictly restricted to the check in and out times). Only cars with an official car parking pass may park. At Check in, (5pm onwards), you will have 30 minutes to place a car park pass in your car window upon arrival. To help us maintain these spaces for all of our guests, we ask you to let us know how many passes you require (max 2) prior to your stay. The Beach is a 30 second walk away from Parade House, a 2 minute walk takes you into the quaint town centre of Woolacombe with restaurants, cafes, convenience stores and shops. Other things to note There is a detailed Guest Book available in the property to help you plan your stay, covering Things to Do, restaurants and even a little history of Parade House and the local area. Should you require a baby sitter, please do get in touch and we will pass on the details for a lovely local lady. Please note, Parade House is ideally positioned on the sea front in Woolacombe. Whilst barely overlooked, the properties are still within earshot of other properties and we ask for noise to be kept to a minimum and that you have respect and regard for other Parade House guests and local neighbours. Whilst it has not been necessary in the past, we reserve the right to retain some or all of your deposit if there are complaints for noise pollution*. *verified under standard governmental environmental health guidelines for noise disturbances with environmental app. Please note we cannot accept any post to the holiday lets at Parade House. Please also note that if any items are left in your property there is a standard £20 charge plus postage levied by our House Keeper to return to your nominated address. Please note, you are booking the entire space regardless of the make up of your party. If you cannot afford to pay for the property in its entirety on your own, then we advise you not to book.
