The condo is approximately 1.5km from Kamala main road, shops, restaurants, banks, etc. Being located on the beautiful hillside access is by a steep hill and it is advised to rent a car or bike or use the shuttle bus service from reception for the most convenient stay in this peaceful hillside location. Guest access The condominium provides common swimming pool, gym, squash court, sauna, and shuttle bus service. Other things to note UTILITIES - Guest have to pay for Electric and Water in connection with the property during their stay. UTILITIES DEPOSIT : A cash deposit is required upon check-in to cover utilities. The deposit amounts are as follows: For stays up to 21 nights: 2,000 Baht. For stays over 21 nights: 3,000 Baht. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, with deductions for utility charges incurred during your stay. CHECK-IN - Please note check-in can be no later than 7pm at night. However if you anticipate arriving later, please contact us in advance to discuss the possibility of arranging a late check-in. Please be aware that a nominal fee will apply to cover the additional staffing required, ensuring that someone is always there to welcome you warmly. Normal check-in is from 2pm.
