It is a wonderful house with views that invite the rest of the busy city, close to downtown Puigcerdà, at the foot of the mountain and very close to the ski slopes. Ideal for a special weekend or a few weeks of vacation. It is a spectacular place to go on excursions, horseback riding or just lie down and enjoy the tranquility that it gives us to be in the middle of nature. The space It is a beautiful two-storey house, on the upper floor, where the house has the entrance are the dining room, the open kitchen, the living room and the playground, where we have the pool table. In the dining room there is a table for 10 people made of solid wood and very special views. In the living room there is a ground fire that we leave equipped with some logs so you can prepare a fire and enjoy a movie next to the fire. Some stairs take us to the lower floor where all the rooms are distributed as follows: - Room 1: Master suite with own bathroom (with bathtub), king size bed of 2x2 meters and garden views. - Room 2: Single room with single bed (90x190) to which you can add an extra bed of the same characteristics and at the same height. - Room 3: Room with two single bunk beds (90x190) and with fall protection, to which you can add an extra bed of the same characteristics and at the same height. Rooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom with a newly renovated shower. The house is located 10 or 15 minutes by car from the ski slopes of Masella and Molina, is tastefully decorated, has a very large communal front garden and a private back garden, parking and lots of warmth. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, nespresso and everything you need. We care that there is everything in the house, just bring the clothes you are going to wear!
