Condo in Gulf Shores

Welcome to SeaRenity II, our newly remodeled condo located in the Gulf Shores Surf & Racquet Club. This facility has all the amenities you would expect with a resort type experience and features private access to the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf. The space Two balconies with stunning views of both the Gulf of Mexico and Little Lagoon make this a great place to relax and listen to the soothing sounds of the Gulf. Our porch swing on the Gulf view balcony provides a great place to sit and talk. Whether you like to take long walks on the beach or want to fish, ski, kayak, or S.U.P., there is nothing to hold you back. Bring your boat! We have two private docks, boat ramp & boat/trailer parking right on site. Access to all these things and more is available with the "Little Lagoon" on one side of the facility and the Gulf on the other. We have new tennis/pickle ball courts, look in the bench on the balcony for a set of racquets for tennis and pickle ball. Nearby activities within just a few miles include things like golf, water sports, fishing, tennis, arcades, laser tag, zoo, zip line, water park, movie theater, mini golf, state park, historic Fort Morgan, & tons of shopping including a Tanger outlet mall just down the road! Condo features include: Wifi, clothes washer & dryer, dishwasher, cookware & dishes, Keurig coffee maker, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, living room and bedroom have Roku TV, beach chairs and umbrella. Our queen size bed and comfortable sleeper sofa will make for restful nights and you can enjoy your morning coffee while sitting on the balcony and listening to the waves roll in. We have no doubt you will be just as enchanted with the Gulf Shores area as we are and look forward to hosting you in our beautiful condo. Guest access You will have access to the entire 501A condo, as well as pool, hot tub, docks, brand new tennis and pickle ball courts, private beach access, picnic tables and grills. Lots of things to see and do. Other things to note Optional parking at the condo complex is managed by the condo association and every guest will be required to obtain a parking permit. You will need to go to the condo office on the first floor of the "A" building and obtain a parking permit for $30.00 which will cover you for the duration of your stay.
