House located 50 m from the beautiful beach of St Colomban, ideal for those who want to make the most of their vacation. The house of approx. 90 m2 consists of a large living room on the ground floor (kitchen, living room, sofa, TV and large table), 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Upstairs, 2 additional bedrooms have been added under the attic. Finally, the very pleasant garden with terrace, barbecue and hot shower will allow you to make the most of your stay! The space The location 50 m from the beach makes this house unique, the garden is also sheltered from prying eyes... A warm, lively house, ideal for spending a great family vacation by the water! The little extra: an outdoor shower with hot water, perfect after a day at the beach ;-) The 2 bedrooms upstairs are under the attic, you can only stand in the middle of the room but it is still very comfortable for adults, and ideal for children. Note: no toilet upstairs...
