A nice and modern apartment with nice sea view at Guanabara Park. The location is on top of the quiet "New Valley" of Puerto Rico. The apartment was totally refurbished in 2016 with new kitchen and bathroom. NEW sofa-bed. 4 persons can sleep very comfortable. There is also a new dining table with 4 chairs. Wireless wifi and smart-television with many channels. There is also a big pool and about 15 minutes walk to the beach. The apartment is registered as VV which means fully legal rental.
