The space Vacation house is available for short let in New Forest, several minute drive from the South of England sea shore, 1 mile west of Lymington town centre. Sleeps up to 15 people. From London approximately 1.5 hours by train or 2 hours by car. 6 bedrooms arranged over two floors, 3 bath/shower rooms, living room, kitchen, conservatory / dining area, other spaces. Ground floor: A bedroom with double bed and single bed (sleeps 3); A bedroom with double bed and a child's cot (sleeps 3); A bedroom with double bed and toddler's bed (sleeps 3); A bedroom with king bed (sleeps 2); A bedroom with double bed (sleeps 2); Family bathroom with shower; Family bathroom with shower and bathtub; A sofa in the living room which can be used to sleep one person. First floor: A bedroom with king bed (sleeps 2); Family bathroom with shower. There is also a single folding bed and a double inflatable mattress. In addition to adult sleeping spaces, a toddler bed and two baby cots are available. Large TV set and a DVD player with a film collection. A fireplace and working wood burner. Other things to note We allow pets, but charge a sanitation fee of £25 per pet per night in addition to the booking. They need monitoring to ensure they do not run into the forest or on the road.
