Fabulous sea views over Porthmeor beach and St Ives Bay, our home has a modern interior, designed to create a beautiful and comfortable home to holiday in with fast wifi connection and private parking. Floor to ceiling windows in the living area take in the wonderful view. The limestone bathroom with walk in shower and free standing bath is the perfect place to unwind and relax. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and comes with a sea view. Private courtyard for alfresco dining The space Open plan on the ground floor with comfortable seating for all guests. The dining area has a table which comfortably accommodates all guests. We provide a high chair for our younger visitors. The master bedroom has a king size bed, positioned so you can sit in bed and enjoy the sea view. Wardrobe and dressing table with storage. The twin bedroom overlooks the sunny courtyard and has a built in wardrobe and chest of drawers for storage. Books and board games provided. To the rear of the property is a private south facing courtyard which has seating and tables to enjoy al fresco breakfast, a morning coffee or cream tea. We also provide a charcoal BBQ for guest's to use. The shed has hanging space for wet suits and there is an outside hose to wash off salty water and sand. Private parking space to the front for exclusive use of our guests. Our house is safe for your family, we have linked smoke detectors in all rooms and a carbon monoxide detector in the kitchen. We have appliances tested annually and fire doors on the bedrooms. Your safety is important to us. Guest access You have the entire house and private courtyard as well as a parking space.
