This is a welcoming downtown home designed for relaxed, family-friendly stays and memorable experiences. Guest access The side yard and right side of the driveway are solely your outside areas. The front porch and foyer are shared areas. The backyard is for the first floor flat's use. Looking forward to sharing our home with you! Other things to note Since there’s a potentially occupied unit below you, there can be noise transfer from below and your noise might transfer, as well. It's not unusual to hear voices but not exact words. The guests know to be courteous and respectful of you – so we ask that you please do the same. If anyone isn't following the noise rules please let me know immediately and i would be glad to intervene. No built in stove nor oven. Mini fridge only. PETS ARE NOT FREE! They are individual negotiated with guest and owner and paid outside of the rental prices. We accept on a case by case basis. Note: This is a HOME, not a hotel. Please treat it like a home. We have 5 children and no place to host extended family when they visit, so this home is more than a small side business for us – it’s also where our most treasured loved ones stay. I am fastidious about cleanliness and strive to create the perfect stay for every guest – an environment of comfort and convenience that may feel hotel-like – but I do not have the staff or resources to operate like a hotel. I personally work very hard to make sure your experience in our home is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible – as if you were our family too – so please, don’t take advantage of our hospitality. Just leave extra toilet paper for our next guests, and don’t take our bath towels with you. ☺
