The Chauffeur's Cottage, Kinblethmont

The Chauffeur's cottage is a lovely cottage sleeping 6 (you may request a zedbed suitable for a child only in addition) in the heart of the private Kinblethmont Estate, 4 miles from Arbroath. It has everything you need when you are away from home, lots of bathrooms, a big comfy sitting room, free wifi (rural connection) dishwasher and lots of useful kitchen equipment. The space The Chaffeurs cottage is spacious yet cosy with lots of bathrooms and hot water and with our own bioboiler it is as warm as toast. It has 1 double ensuite bedroom and two twin bedrooms that can be made into doubles on request. There are two extra bathrooms upstairs and a WC downstairs. There is a large well equipped kitchen diner with dishwasher and a huge comfy sittingroom with cosy wood burning stove. Outside is a private terrace with BBQ, some grassed areas and the Kinblthmont woodlands with paths around the estate. Guest access Guests have access to the paths around the estate and the wonderful walled garden which has a kids play area, table tennis, garden games and a ball play area. Other things to note Please note that the cottage is self catering and we do not provide breakfast items. There are several supermarkets in Arboath 5 minutes drive away and the cottage has full cooking facilities
